Lesa Petersen

Lesa Petersen came to the Office of Creative Services from the IU School of Law—Bloomington, where she was director of communications. For more than 10 years, she has worked as a writer, editor, art director, publications manager, and publications consultant for universities, Fortune 500 companies, advertising agencies, and nonprofits.
Lesa holds an M.A. in English linguistics from Purdue University and regards her work in print and electronic media as a concrete application of her graduate studies in linguistic semantics and semiotics. She has a nerdy fascination with the relationship between text and design and enjoys finding the smartest way to present her clients’ stories.
