The Recipe for a Successful Web Project

On Wednesday, September 20, join Creative Services staff Jane Below and Rebecca Salerno at the IU Multimedia User Group monthly meeting where they will present "Fighting the Good Fight: How to Build a Web Site Everyone Loves."
Too many university Web sites are battlegrounds. This dissension among marketing, IT, and faculty makes it difficult to create effective Web sites. Ownership of university Web sites is up for grabs, with departments and faculty going toe-to-toe with each other to maintain or take control of various aspects of the Web site.
The objective of the presentation is to identify what university marketers and Web developers need to do to build consensus before building a Web site.
