Karen Walker has the friendly voice you’ve heard on the telephone if you’ve ever called our main office. She’s always ready to help in a variety of ways. An employee of IU since 1979, Karen has a background in English and journalism.

Among her many duties, Karen estimates the creative services costs for each publication and archives completed publications for future reference. Our staff relies on Karen to help each project run smoothly.
