CHALLENGE

To create awareness of a new week of events at IU—Celebrate IU week—among both the university and Bloomington communities.

SOLUTION

Collateral material for the campaign included ads, billboards, a Celebrate IU tabloid, and a Web site. Featured here is the full-color tabloid, which highlighted the arts, sports, and academic events associated with Celebrate IU. A taster’s sampling of events presented a balance of celebrity appearances and IU tradition, and directed readers to the Web site for detailed information. The tabloid was included as an insert in the Bloomington Herald-Times and the IDS and Sagamore student newspapers. It was also distributed widely in the Bloomington area to raise awareness of events and welcome everyone to Celebrate IU.
