The Presidents' Homes Booklets

CHALLENGE

To educate the public about the history and architecture of these treasures of the university, as well as the art and antiques that are housed in these historic dwellings.

SOLUTION

Our office created a coordinated series of four 6 x 9 booklets featuring each house and its contents: Bryan House, Lilly House, Woodburn House, and the Wylie House Museum. All the brochures include a cover that evokes Indiana limestone and has a trailing arbutus image. A vellum fly leaf in each booklet features either someone who lived in the house or a photo or architectural drawing of the house. The booklets serve as guides to visitors to the four historic houses.
