Our Services
Consultation, Planning, and Research
Maybe you just need some guidance as you begin your own internal print or electronic publication. We are happy to meet with you to brainstorm ideas and provide insight on your next steps.
We can help you analyze the following:
- Whether you need additional research on your audience.
- What kinds of communications your competitors are producing.
- Whether you need a literature audit of your current communications.
- What kinds of communications products can best achieve your goals.
- How you can achieve your goals within your budget.
Focus Group Testing
Sometimes the best way to discover whether your publications are hitting the mark is to ask the intended audience. Our team regularly conducts focus group testing on products such as print publications and Web design concepts to inform our creative process and products.
We can work with you to design a focus group study that will elicit the specific information you need to make your pieces effective. For example, we can conduct focus groups to identify your audiences’ needs and preferences, we can test your current literature with your target audience, and we can test prospective designs and content for effectiveness.
Card-Sorting Activities
This research technique is used with representatives from your primary audiences to identify the information and tasks that are most important to them as users of your Web site.
Stakeholder Interviews
At the beginning of a Web site project, we conduct stakeholder interviews with key people in your organization to identify the goals and scope of the new site. We also interview members of primary audiences (users) for your site. These interviews inform the development of the information architecture, graphic design, and messaging for your site.
Online Surveys
We will design and conduct online surveys as needed to enhance the development of your Web site. This may include surveying users about your current site to identify strengths and weaknesses, collecting information about user needs, testing user response to proposed architecture, and testing the new site.
