Effective project management is a key to successful print and electronic publications. We provide comprehensive management for your projects at all stages of development from conception to delivery or launch.
Print Projects
Our production manager will consult with your creative services team on schedules, budgets, print buying, quality control, and the print production process, helping to ensure that you receive maximum value and a high-quality product. In most cases, either the production coordinator or the art director for your project will attend a press check when the printer begins to run copies of your publication to review colors and ink coverage and other technical issues.
New Media Projects
From initial meetings and stakeholder interviews until the completion of your new Web site, a Web development project requires extensive management of resources. We will work closely with you to ensure that the project meets your goals, while coordinating efforts of personnel, including the information architect, interactive designers, content developers, programmers, and others who will contribute to the success of your project. We will provide you with a stakeholder report, as well as a timeline and budget for your project. At key points in the development of the site, the project manager will ask you to review and approve the information architecture, the proposed design, and the content for the site. Once these are approved and completed, the project manager will coordinate the final preparations for launch of your new site.
